By making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Role

1.1 Direct Destinations acts solely as an agent for the accommodation provider or other travel service supplier (“the Supplier”).
1.2 Your booking contract is with the Supplier, not with us.
1.3 We arrange and confirm bookings on your behalf, but we do not own, manage, or operate any accommodation or travel services.

2. Making a Booking

2.1 You may make a booking request online, by phone, or via email.
2.2 We will confirm availability with the Supplier and provide you with a booking confirmation once accepted.
2.3 All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, which we will make available to you before you confirm.
2.4 You must check all booking details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

3. Quotes and Prices

3.1 Prices are set by the Supplier and may change before your booking is confirmed.
3.2 Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote or, if not stated, for 24 hours.
3.3 Prices may be subject to currency fluctuations, taxes, and surcharges imposed by the Supplier.

4. Payments

4.1 We collect payments on behalf of the Supplier.
4.2 Payment schedules and deposit requirements vary by Supplier and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4.3 Failure to pay within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

5.1 Cancellation and amendment terms are determined by the Supplier and will be provided at the time of booking.
5.2 If you wish to cancel or amend, you must notify us as soon as possible.
5.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Supplier’s policies and may be subject to an administration fee.

6. Travel Documents

6.1 You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and travel documents required for your stay.
6.2 We accept no liability for costs incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

7. Special Requests and Accessibility

7.1 Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility requirements) must be advised at the time of booking.
7.2 We will pass these requests to the Supplier, but we cannot guarantee they will be met.

8. Supplier Terms

8.1 Your stay is subject to the Supplier’s own terms, which may include:

  • Check-in and check-out times
  • House rules
  • Security deposits and damage policies
    8.2 Failure to comply with Supplier rules may result in denied service without refund.

9. Changes by the Supplier

9.1 The Supplier may occasionally need to alter or cancel a booking.
9.2 If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund in line with the Supplier’s policies.
9.3 We are not liable for costs beyond the amount paid for the booking.

10. Our Liability

10.1 As we act solely as an agent, we are not responsible for:

  • The standard, safety, or quality of the accommodation or service
  • Acts or omissions of the Supplier or its employees
  • Any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during your trip
    10.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for our agency services.

11. Travel Insurance

11.1 We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
11.2 It is your responsibility to ensure the policy meets your needs.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

13. Complaints

13.1 If you encounter an issue during your stay, notify the Supplier immediately so they can attempt to resolve it.
13.2 If the matter is unresolved, contact us, and we will liaise with the Supplier on your behalf, but we do not guarantee resolution.

14. Data Protection

16. Governing Law
